Hey Cendrine, I agree about the importance of reviews. I do a good bit of work in the Hospitality sector and it’s amazing the amount of websites that don’t have any reviews at all ! I don’t think amazon would get rid of reviews!!!

Customer reviews are very essential for the people to be able to trust a business through other’s point of view. But I’ve known some business who are faking their reviews.

Thank you. I also believe that online customers’ reviews are one of the most important tools one should consider when doing business online.

Most companies nowadays have ‘online support’. Like when I complained about the poor service I got from one company I was immediately contacted by their managers. A full investigation was done and they tried to compensate for the trouble. I think it’s important for companies to keep an eye on complaints. So that they can fix whatever is wrong and move forward.

I agree, nowadays people Google information about a certain company so if there are bad reviews about them online prospective clients are discouraged from availing their services or products

In today’s time, everyone is a critique. Those companies who don’t think that online blog reviews matter would have a terrible time with their PR. They should take into account every little detail of their client’s complaints and come up with improvements.
