InboxQ: Find new targeted customers on Twitter

Are you an entrepreneur looking for a great way to assist people who could benefit from your services and/or products on Twitter? If so, this article is for you. I recently came across a tool that will help you engage with new potential customers and take your business to the next level. This tool is called “InboxQ.”

What is InboxQ?

Created in 2009 by Joe Fahrner and Jason Konrad, InboxQ helps bridge the gap between Tweeps who have questions or problems and businesses, entrepreneurs and experts who can help them. The questions will be displayed in a real-time stream in your Chrome browser.

InboxQ: features

InboxQ is very easy to install and non-intrusive. It fits nicely at the top right of your browser page and alerts you when you have new questions. You just have to click the icon to see the stream.

The layout is clear and straightforward, the focus being on helping you save time and effort. You can set up multiple campaigns by choosing keywords and phrases you want to monitor.

Answering questions is very simple — as simple as tweeting. Your answers will appear in your Twitter stream. And if you do not have time, you can save the questions for later and/or share them with people you think might be able to help.

Benefits of InboxQ

InboxQ brings back customer service and targeted interaction to the forefront. People’s important questions are more likely to be seen and read, because they are separated from the endless stream of content delivered on Twitter. And businesses can now find new potential customers, engage with and serve them better while promoting their services in a more meaningful way. In brief, this application is perfect to identify the right needs and wants in your niche and show your expertise!

To start using InboxQ, click here. The service will soon be available for the Firefox browser.

Do you use InboxQ. If so, what do you think?
