Are you a fan of Paper.li? If so, here is another fantastic tool that will allow you to create topical newspapers based on streams produced by Twitter Lists or Twitter search: The Tweeted Times!
The Tweeted Times aggregates news in your Twitter stream and ranks them by popularity among your friends.

You can choose to automatically promote your or other members’ newspapers on Twitter every day and/or each time the top news changes.
